Digital Workplace Experience Study

Employee-led insights to improve your digital workplace

Are your digital tools meeting employees’ needs?

According to a major Microsoft study, 61% of employees aren’t satisfied with their company’s workplace tools and technologies.

How can you understand what’s working? Where can your digital employee experience be improved?

The answer’s simple: ask your employees. The people who use these tools every day are best placed to tell you how well they do - or don’t - help them to get work done.

The Digital Workplace Experience Study (DWXS) provides a simple, cheap and fast way for you to get these insights from your employees. In just a few weeks you’ll have clear, detailed data you can use to build your digital workplace roadmap.

A DWXS report will help you to understand the value of any recent investments, identify areas for improvement to help you plan your digital workplace roadmap, or build a business case for change.

How does it work?

DWXS is a survey you can quickly and easily run with your employees to learn what they think of the communication and collaboration tools you provide. Using a standard set of questions put together by digital workplace experts, you can quickly learn where your channel mix is – or is not – meeting employees' expectations.

Here’s how you can get employee-led insights in just four weeks.
